The core of the matter is not so much a clear and immediate response as the aptness of the attitudes and actions chosen. For aptness is what will turn a strain in keeping to life development into a stirring evidence. If means and resources are judiciously implemented, the ultimate objective becomes temporarily obvious while its achievement – or else another achievement - derives necessarily”.
