Song of songs

All the lovers on earth have a great regard for the Song of Songs, at least those who are lucky enough to know about it. In their dreams, all would like to be able to address each other likewise –whether orally or in writing; they wish they could recall it by word of mouth and unfold to each other their loving relationship, the happy and languid moments of their hearts and bodies, in apt, plain, outspoken words, words picturesque, allusive, poetic. “I am come into my garden, my sister, my spouse : I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk.” (Authorized King James Version, 5 v1)

If so much desire can be conveyed through the language of words, why should the language of sculpture not be taken at that very desire to surpassingly convey languid and happy days, to tunefully convey a loving relationship ?
